Andry received his Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration degrees from universities in France, and spent most of his career with the World Bank office in Jakarta, Indonesia, as a Finance Analyst. He briefly joined the Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia in 2016 as the Director for Green Prosperity project managing USD 300 million for Natural Resource Management and Renewable Energy projects and grants. Andy established and now lead several companies working in areas such as medical equipment and property.

Hadi is an experienced executive with a strong foundation in capital markets, banking, fintech, and information technology, with over two decades of leadership across the public and private sectors. He has held strategic roles including Director at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Director of Digital Finance Innovation at OJK, contributing to the digital transformation and regulatory development of Indonesia’s financial ecosystem. His cross-sector experience spans financial services, IT, real estate, and FMCG, underpinned by a technical background in informatics engineering and an MBA. His current focus aligns with sustainable economic growth through innovation, governance, and digital infrastructure.

Kayla graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). She then established a career as a Data Analyst with Maybank Indonesia. Currently, Kayla takes the mantle in managing and overseeing ALI’s operational, financial, and business developments.
